7-day no-questions returns, 1-year warranty

7-day no-questions return policy (per Chinese Consumer Rights Protection Law), 1-year warranty. If something is wrong — replace, repair, or refund. Whichever gets you back to training fastest.

7-Day No-Questions Return

Unused products in original packaging can be fully returned within 7 days of delivery (return shipping at buyer cost). To start a return, email support@ecowalker.net with your order number. JD/Tmall orders follow their respective platform rules.

What Counts as "Unused"

Inflatable goals: inflated less than 30 minutes, no field use, no stakes used. Markers / cones: no cleat marks, no grass stains, original packaging intact. Lighting: no battery cycles, no field use. When in doubt, contact us — we generally give the benefit of the doubt.

1-Year Quality Warranty

All EcoWalker products carry a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects — air chamber leaks, fabric defects, LED failures, pump issues. Defects under normal use within the warranty period are replaced or repaired at no cost.

What Is Not Covered

Normal wear, cleat damage, animal damage, weather damage beyond IP rating, deliberate misuse. For inflatable goals: puncture damage is not covered, but every goal includes a repair patch kit.

How to Submit a Return / Warranty Claim

Email support@ecowalker.net with: order number, product SKU, photos of the issue, brief description. We respond within 1 business day with next steps. Returns typically processed within 5 business days of receipt.

Return Shipping

Quality issues: we cover return shipping. Non-quality returns (changed mind, wrong size): buyer covers return shipping. For quality returns we provide a prepaid label — no out-of-pocket cost.
